工作职责： Responsible for equipment, tool and consumables management 负责模块产品部设备、工机具和耗材管理工作。 1 负责模块产品部设备、设施的日常管理的具体实施工作，监督落实设备、设施管理制度的执行。 Responsible for specific implementation of the daily management of equipment, facilities, and supervision implement of equipment, facilities management system. 2 负责建立设备维护的日常巡检制度和故障报修工作。 Responsible for establishing the daily inspection system of equipment maintenance. 3 负责建立设备和备件的管理台帐。 Responsible for setting up management accounting of equipment and spare parts. 4 负责编制模块产品部设备和设施采办计划。 Responsible for establishment of procurement plan of equipment and facilities. 5 负责对设备、设施、备件状态分析，并及时通报相关领导。 Responsible for the status analysis of equipment, facilities, and spare parts, report to the relevant leaders timely. 6 负责建立模块产品部的设备、设施台帐。 Responsible for setting up the machine account of equipment and facilities. 7 负责编制设备维修方案及计划，并负责跟踪落实。 Responsible for establishment of equipment maintenance procedure and plan and tracing. 8 负责模块产品部设备SAP填写工作,及大型设备的操作规程和保养规定的编制。 Responsible for filling out equipment SAP, develop the equipment operating procedure and maintenance rules. 9 负责模块产品部的节能减排工作的落实工作。 Responsible for supporting the implementation of energy conservation work of module assembly department. 10 负责编制设备采购计划，编制设备规格书并提交设备采购申请。 Responsible for establishment of equipment procurement plan, equipment specification and procurement application. 工机具和耗材管理Tools and consumables management 1 负责编制部门消耗材料和工机具的采办计划，并报公司审批，跟踪落实。 Responsible for the preparation of procurement plan about tools and consumables, and submit it to the company for approval, tracking implementation. 2 负责模块产品部消耗材料和工机具的接收、验收、入库、台帐建立和发放登记存档等工作。 Responsible for receiving, acceptance, inventory, account set up and issue registration of tools and consumables. 3 负责按照CFHI管理要求做好库房的安全、整理、清理工作，及时排查各类安全隐患，保证库房的整洁。 Responsible for security in accordance with the requirements stated in the CFHI management warehouse, sorting, cleaning, screening of various kinds of potential safety hazard in time, ensure the neatness of the storehouse. 4 检查防盗、防虫蛀、防鼠咬、防霉变等，落实安全措施，保证库存物资完好无损。 Check the guard against theft, insect-resistant eat by moth, rat bite, prevent mildew and so on, to carry out the safety measures, ensure inventory goods in good condition. 5 负责组织计量用具统计，建立计量器具台帐及计量器具送、取检工作，对分包商计量用具检查监督管理工作。 Responsible for organizing the metering device statistics, establish accounting of measuring instruments and the work of measuring instruments, sending, take and check as well as the supervision and administration of measuring instruments, check belong to sub-contractor. 6 负责新购置工机具和耗材SAP物料码的申请。 Responsible for application of the new purchased tools and consumables. 岗位要求： 1. 专科及以上学历 College education or above Be majored in electromachnical relevant profession 2. 机电相关专业 3. 熟悉海洋石油平台建造项目机管电专业使用的工机具和消耗材料。 Be familiar with tools and consumables used in the construction of offshore oil platform project. Have relevant work experience for more than two years. 4. 具有两年以上工作经验。 良好的协调、管理、沟通组织能力。 Good communication, coordination and management.
