Job Summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Customer Quality Engineer located in Zhuhai. What a typical day looks like: • Organize the review of customer quality related documents to ensure that customer quality requirements and commitment terms are correctly understood and executed by internal team. 组织评审客户质量相关文件，确保客户质量要求，承诺条款被内部相关人员正确理解执行 • Responsible for handling customer complaints, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions and responding to various reports required by customers within the specified time (including quality data, 8D, and failure analysis reports). 负责客户投诉处理、根本原因分析及纠正和预防措施的跟进，在规定时间内回复客户所需要的各类报告（包括质量数据、8D及失效分析报告等） • Host an internal quality review meeting for customer complaints, follow up with related teams to provide corrective actions, and follow up until the issue is closed. 针对客诉主持召开内部品质检讨会议，跟进相关团队提供整改措施并跟进到结束 • Internal sharing of customer complaint information and follow up, (customer complaints and RMA follow-up processing) 客诉信息的内部分享及展开，客诉异常报告、RMA跟进处理 • Follow up and drive the achievement of internal and external quality KPI 跟进并推动内外部质量指标并达成 • Develop a quality control plan for new products, such as IPQC Check List, QSI, CTQ, etc; Submit DPQP related reports and obtain approval from customer 制定新产品的质量控制计划，IPQC Check list, QSI,CTQ等；提交DPQP相关报告并取得客户正式承认 • Collaborate with PQE to analyze and handle quality anomalies in each process and implement corrective actions to improve process quality yield 协同PQE分析与处理制程中各工序品质异常并落实整改措施，提升制程品质良率 • Responsible for organizing internal/third-party and customer audits of the products and completing related documents, lead CFT to analyze and close audit issues; 所负责产品的内审/第三方及客户审核的组织对应及相关资料完成，主导相关部门分析并关闭审核问题点 • Handle customer complaints at all stages of the project, ensure timely feedback to customers, and communicate regularly with customers to maintain good communication and improve customer satisfaction. 在项目各个阶段处理客户投诉问题，确保及时给予客户反馈，并与客户定期交流，与客户保持良好沟通，提高客户满意度 • Report the progress of work to the supervisor, complete the goal which set by the department, and achieve the quality objectives. 向主管领导汇报工作进展情况，完成部门制定的年度工作计划，达成质量部门的质量目标 The experience we’re looking to add to our team: • College degree or above, major in electronics is preferred, and spoken English Fluently 大专及以上学历，电子相关专业优先，英语口语沟通流利 • Familiar in using and work on 8D reports and quality analysis tools; 熟练运用、编制8D报告及质量分析工具 • At least 5 years of experience as a customer complaint engineer or quality engineer, familiar with the production process of SMT and assembly sections in consumer electronics products 5年以上客诉工程师或品质工程师相关经验，熟悉消费电子产品SMT段和组装段生产流程 • Good interpersonal communication skills, excellent logical thinking ability, problem-solving ability, and strong teamwork spirit. 良好的的人际沟通能力, 优秀的逻辑思维能力，解决问题能力，具有较强的团队合作精神 • Able to accept strong work pressure. 能接受较强的工作压力 What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: • Social Insurance • Life Insurance • PTO Flex does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies or fee based recruitment services.
